A: Generally, we can help you in so many different tasks. Based on our years of background in business process outsourcing, digital marketing, and own e-commerce business, we can help in so many ways. You just let us know the business requirements that you have, and we will design a process that will work for you and your virtual assistants.

Q: What are the industries that you have helped from the past?

A: We have helped business owners whose businesses are in line with vacation rentals, real estate, digital marketing, web development drop shipping, marketing research, architectural firms, auto dealerships, and e-commerce. One thing is for sure we are open to extending our hands to any line of profession and business.

Q: What is your time of operation?

A: We cater to any English speaking market. Therefore, we operate 24 hours, Mondays through Fridays.

Q: Will I be assigned to just one dedicated virtual assistant?

A: Yes, you only have to coordinate directly with your dedicated virtual assistant every day. Our business development team will be in touch with you once or twice a month to check on how things are going. Regular check-in is helpful for us to identify if there are areas of improvement or training needs that we need to provide to your assistant.

Q: What methods of communication do you prefer?

A: We are all available to be in touch with you through email, Skype, Google Hangouts, and Zoom.

Q: Do your virtual assistants work from their homes?

A: No. We have invested in a comfortable office environment to ensure the quality of work, productivity, collaboration, and connectivity.

Q: Do you have a non-disclosure agreement?

A: Yes. The NDA document is being provided to be undersigned by both parties during the onboarding phase.

Q: What if I have my own processes and tools? Who will conduct the training?

A: Right after the meet and greet with your dedicated virtual assistant, our training team will facilitate a recorded training session between you, a trainer, and your virtual assistant. It will help us to train a back up if needed.

Q: How do you handle possible conflict between my team members and your virtual assistants?

A: Rest assured that our own HR team will be there to mediate and fix things out. Good team players are the ones that we look for during the hiring process.

Q: What if I run out of tasks to assign, and I still have remaining paid hours for the month?

A: Remaining paid hours can always roll over to the following month. A new billing cycle will recur from there.
